Ahmad Jibawi, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Jibawi is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and received his doctorate in 2009. He is the founder and director of Radiant Beauty Medical Spa. Dr. Jibawi specializes in facial injectables, fractional skin resurfacing, PDO threads and face rejuvenation.

Abdel Jaber, MD, MSHA Board Certified Physician

Dr. Abdel Jaber is a Board Certified physician with over 15 years of medical experience. Five years ago, he discovered a passion for cosmetic medicine and has since become a respected expert in the field. He founded three successful practices, including one internationally, and recently transitioned from hospital medicine to focus entirely on cosmetic care. Dr. Jaber now practices in Normal and Savoy, IL, aiming to expand services and enhance patient experience. Outside of work, he is a devoted father of four and actively supports the Champaign-Urbana community.

Rana Aljibawi, MHA, Head of Operations

Rana graduated with a Master’s degree in business and healthcare administration then pursued her Doctoral degree in healthcare administration. Her leadership skills and passion for learning gave her the tools to become a successful business owner in many fields. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother who is an avid traveler, exploring new cultures and destinations, which enriches her professional approach with diverse experiences and fresh insights. She is knowledgeable about all the services and products we offer and is always available to answer any questions you might have.

Samar Abdel, BSN, RN, nurse injector

Samar Abdel embodies a life devoted to enhancing lives. With a BSN from Chamberlain University and training from a plastic surgeon, her journey took flight. As a wife to a Physician and mother of four, she's a nurturing force. As a nurse injector, she's captivated by skin's diversity, empowering clients to embrace their skin. Family-focused, she adores travel, singing, and delving into psychology's marvels. Her commitment to learning fuels her ownership of medical spas in the US and Middle East, a testament to her ever-evolving impact.

Meet Mimi, BSN, RN. Mimi received her Bachelor of Nursing from Methodist College. Mimi is passionate about her aesthetics career and loves helping others feel like the best version of themselves. She enjoys and creates her masterpiece with each individual client while providing natural results and restoring confidence in her clients! She enjoys getting to know her clients and planning accordingly for their specific needs and establishing a trusting relationship with her clients.
